Can you believe it’s already late July? Where has the summer gone? We’ve been quite busy on the East Coast, adding THREE new clients to our statewide system in Maryland. The Circuit Courts for Anne Arundel, Harford, and Frederick Counties have chosen to take advantage of the consolidated contract Jury Systems Incoroporated has with the Maryland AOC and jump on board! All three courts will be utilizing our Windows-based core system, (JURY+ Next Generation aka NextGen), the online juror summons/questionnaire (JURY+ Web Solution), as well as our JURY+ Address Replacement Module (ARM) to ensure mailings are sent to the best addresses the NCOA has at the time of printing.
The Circuit Court for Frederick County is a longtime customer who has earned the title of ‘Last Existing JURY+ Classic Customer’. For those who don’t know, JURY+ Classic was the flagship DOS-based system created years before we opened our doors in 1997 and named ourselves Jury Systems Incorporated. We are thrilled to bring our valued client over to NextGen and show them how much JURY+ Web Solution will reduce incoming mail, phone calls, and time the jury office spends on individual juror paperwork.
Both the Circuit Courts for Anne Arundel County and Harford County are new to the JSI family and we couldn’t be happier they have chosen us! Anne Arundel County went live with their first reporting jurors on the first of this month while Harford County began full implementation on July 14th. Both of the installations as well as the first days of juror check-in were seamless, just as they should be. There must be a reason why we have a 100% success rate…
