I accidentally returned and completed the wrong juror from a case, how do I get the juror back on to the case?

We have added a new zip code by accessing global and zip codes. When we go to view, the zip code is there, but it still won't allow us to update the juror information with the new zip code. What other steps do we need to take?

While using the application JURY+ Next Generation, all users will intermittently receive this error message: Window Title- Runmw.exe - COBOL Text Window Stddbfcn - You have encountered a Database error. SQLCODE: 0019703 SQLSTATE: S1000 Message: ORA-00472: PMON process terminated with error. Number of Rows Processed: 0000000+ SQLWARN: Any help will be great. Thanks, Dee
