Jury Systems Incorporated is dedicated to client services and support. The entire staff is available to clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our support services include complete customer care for technical troubleshooting, database management and product assistance through a full-service technical "help desk." For non-technical inquiries, the Education/Training staff is available to answer any end-users question or provide consultations regarding local business practices, operational requirements and procedures development.
 
Our phone system is designed with our customers in mind. The first priority is to have a staff member answer phone calls as they come in. If the client does reach voice mail, we have developed an easy-access menu to direct your call to the right resource quickly and efficiently. Leaving a voice message automatically pages the appropriate support staff members (both in AND out of the office) to notify them that a client message is waiting or that a client is in need of immediate assistance.
 
Our Technical personnel and Data Services Staff are highly experienced "Help Desk" operators who do everything they can to resolve a problem, answer questions or address open issues. Jury Systems Incorporated has the resources available to meet your needs, day or night.
