A juror logs onto the court’s website, and is directed via a link to the JURY+ Web Solution login page. Once logged in using security challenges selected by you, the juror can review and correct their name and address information, or link to the summons/questionnaire. The summons/questionnaire is an electronic "form" specifically tailored to capture the information you desire, based on your business practices and preferences. It mirrors the questions set out on your mailed summons/questionnaire. Jurors may use JURY+ Web Solution to:   Provide or update their personal information   Qualify/disqualify themselves   Request a postponement or change their reporting schedule   Request a permanent excuse   Review their service status or history

JURY+ Web Solution fully automates the process of updating the JURY+ Next Generation database with the data submitted on the web "form". An image of the submitted “form" is automatically stored in a secure electronic format and can be retrieved by any network user that has appropriate security clearance. Qualification, excuse and schedule change request submitted via the web form can be automatically granted or routed to a designated user for review, based on your court’s business practices.

JURY+ Web Solution works for courts that use either the 1-Step or 2-Step Summons process. Jurors logon to the court’s website. From here, jurors have the option to update personal information, respond to questions on the summons, request a postponement or excuse from the court, or review their service history.
 
At this point two things occur:

	Juror requests are acted on and the data saved into the JURY+ Next Generation database
	An image of the web form is stored and made available to those with authorized access
