JURY+ JuryPop™
JURY+ JuryPop™ is an ad-in feature of JURY+ Next Generation that enables an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system to interact with the JURY+ Next Generation desktop. Using this facility, JURY+ users can define and control which Next Generation screens automatically "pop up" when a juror's phone call is transferred from the IVR system to their desk.
The JuryPop Module, shown above, provides the JURY+ application user with the ability to control JURY+ Next Generation behavior in relation to messages received from the IVR Workstation Agent.
