provides any court using the JURY+ Next Generation Jury Management System with a complete solution to their document processing requirements. JURY+ Imaging Solution fully automates the process of updating the JURY+ database with data extracted from Juror Summons/Questionnaire forms. The scanned document image is automatically stored in a secure electronic format and can be retrieved by any network user that has appropriate security clearance.
Jury Staff have the ability to view the Summons/Questionnaire image and the associated extracted data in a single interface. Optionally, the application can be configured to require Staff approval of specific juror responses that require a heightened level of evaluation (i.e., excuse or postponement requests that, by statute or custom, require approval). Juror documents can be viewed directly from within JURY+ Next Generation, or via a Web browser for users that do not have JURY+ on their desktop. JURY+ Imaging Solution works for courts of all sizes!

JURY+ Imaging Solution works for courts that use either the 1-Step or 2-Step Summons process. Prospective Jurors are sent a Summons/Questionnaire that includes an Affidavit or Qualification/Excuse Request portion that is to be completed and returned by mail.
At this point, two primary actions need to occur:
The returned information must be acted on and saved into the JURY+ Next Generation database.
The document image must be stored and made available to those with authorized access.
JURY+ Imaging Solution handles all of these requirements in a completely automated manner.
